Winter in Masuria is beautiful! Permanently persistent snow and low temperatures allow our guests to take part in winter activities for a long time. Sleigh rides, cross country skiing, skijoring, skating on frozen ponds - these are just some suggestions ... How nice to warm up afterwards with traditional polish stew and a hot drink by the fire...

Guests can practice serves, forehands and backhands on our brick courts. More advanced players can play tournament matches on classic grounds, the likes of which are rarely encountered today, amidst the picturesque surroundings of the Masurian nature. Game equipment can be rented at the hotel reception.

On hot summer days we recommend our swimming pond with a jetty and sandy beach. An all day picnic by the pond, catered by our inn, and can bring about a state of relaxation comparable to that of a weekly holiday.

A horse-drawn carriage tour between our picturesque ponds provides an unforgettable experience. Every turn brings a new perspective and breathtaking views. Enjoy the fresh spring greenery, and autumn spectacle of colour.

On the beautiful Three Ponds Trail we create a winter cross-country ski trail with a total length of 5 km. Skis, boots and poles can be rented at the reception. The weekend on the skis adds amazing energy ... for at least one month of work!

In Galiny we run a horse riding school that offers tuition for all levels .On sunny days our guests can practise their skills with an instructor on the square or in the field whilst on rainy days the indoor riding arena can be used.

An exciting, outdoor game in which team spirit, cunning tactics and good humour are what matter the most. The competition is a trip during which participants perform interesting tasks (puzzles, team-building) whilst getting to know the most interesting corners of Galiny.

Surrounded by beautiful, Galiny countryside, away from the city bustle, you can find the real taste of cheese and rye bread. During the full-day workshop, bread and cheese makers will present an interesting history of both products. The master will tell you all about the countless specialties and will even betray the secret of how to make yourself a real rennet cheese.

The wealth of fresh local products combined with the ingenuity of our Chef Olga and her team gives a great result - delicious and healthy cuisine, which is worth a visit to Galiny in itself. During the culinary workshop, the chef will share their culinary secrets and together you will prepare one of their magnificently tasty dishes. This extremely tasty workshop is also an interesting proposition for corporate integration.

We offer you the chance to sample a special tasting menu, usually consisting of between 9 and 11 dishes (including options for vegans and vegetarians) which are typical of the region. This culinary journey will be accompanied by pleasing sounds - violin, saxophone or guitar.

Galiny dance events are famous for their good music, delicious food and scenery straight from... wherever you choose! Gypsy style evenings, retro, rock and roll, country, and many others - they are all our specialty. We love to surprise our guests with good ideas!

Along with favourable sun and weather we start the BBQ season in Galiny. Barbecued pork neck, chicken wings, skewers, vegetables and fish ... everything seasoned with fresh herbs and marinades which are homemade. These grilled specialties always taste best in our garden, surrounded by Galiny’s charming landscapes and accompanied by friends and fresh air.

On request, we are able organise a wide variety of attractions and experiences, many of which are difficult to find elsewhere and which leave the guests with memories to be cherished.

Cycling is a great and healthy method of learning the beauty of the nature and traditions of the region. Experienced cyclists can come to us with their own equipment, but all guests are welcome to rent a bike at the reception desk.
